Jim McGee
Jim McGee is a well known entrepreneur and investor in Canada's technology community. In 1992, Jim and ten co-workers founded ObjecTime LTD, a Bell Northern Research spin-off. As President
and CEO, Jim led ObjecTime to be a world leader in real-time
software development tools. ObjecTime was acquired by Rational Software in 2000.
Tom Tamblyn
Tom Tamblyn is one of Canada's most respected energy efficiency experts. He was one of the founding members and first elected President of the Canadian Association of Energy Service Companies. Tom was also founder, President and CEO of Tescor Energy Services, which was acquired by Duke Energy in 1998.
Wojo Zielonka
Wojo brings strong financial acumen and acquisition experience to Triacta¹s Board of Directors. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Solace Systems, and held CFO and CIO positions with the Hydro Ottawa Group of Companies. Wojo spent over 10 years General Electric, where he was involved with market expansion and acquisition activities in the US, Mexico, Ireland, England and Poland. Wojo is a Chartered Accountant, a CPA and holds a BA from Carleton University.
A. Bonnie Wright
Bonnie has over 25 years experience in senior financial positions in technology companies in the Ottawa area, including time spent with large company spin-offs, like TMI Communications, public company situations, such as BIO LOGICALS, and green-field start-ups, such as Atsana Semiconductor. Bonnie also brings several years experience as a venture capitalist with Working Ventures Canadian Fund.
