Triacta Power Technologies Inc. Initiates Litigation Against Dextek Inc. and Sieco-Tech Canada Inc. for Patent and Copyright Infringement

Triacta Power Technologies Inc. today announced that it has initiated litigation against Dextek Inc. and Sieco-Tech Canada Inc., both of North Bay, Ontario, for copyright and patent infringement. The suit was filed Monday, November 29, 2010 in the Federal Court of Canada.
