PowerHawk Smart Meters
Triacta’s PowerHawk meters and monitors are revenue grade, highly networked meters that are suitable for stand alone monitoring situations requiring several monitoring points, or high density regulated applications that require precision measurements and a small “footprint”.
PowerHawk meters can be integrated with Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation Systems (BAS) or used on their own — forming a metering/monitoring fabric for part of a building, an entire building, a commercial real estate portfolio or a corporate real estate portfolio.
The PowerHawk Manager, delivered through the Software as a Service model, combines with PowerHawk meters to create a powerful metering platform that serves as a complete energy management solution.
Triacta’s design philosophy is to deliver rich functionality in each product, enabling each meter to be a component in a metering platform or to function as a standalone offering. PowerHawk meters have the following common characteristics:
- Fast installation for new construction or retrofits
- Single, Poly and Three phase + Neutral functionality
- Multiple Energy parameters measured: Wh, VARh, VAh, Vrms, Irmssystems for stakeholder visibility
- 5 to 60 minute programmable datalogging interval data stored in non-volatile flash memory
- Pulse inputs for integrating other meters and services
- Built-in Ethernet port
- Communications expansion port for Wireless, Power Line Carrier or V.90 communication
